There was a minority talent deficit in the recruitment pipeline and the talent acquisition team wanted fresh new ways to bridge the gap between technical careers and business leadership functions.

Programmatically address challenges of inclusion and equity through financial support, academic coursework, and purpose-driven dialogue through university partnerships.

The Results

Rolled out a program that blended a “Real Talk Series” to engage, a diversity micro-credential to educate, and scholarships to support students, all while creating the diverse talent pipeline that they desired.
