Yanyn “Yany’“ San Luis, Founder + CEO

Yanyn “Yany” San Luis is an epic expert in sales and negotiation and has helped fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, and Hyatt increase their bottom line by millions of dollars and coach their sales teams in leveling up their daily performance. As an adjunct professor, she has taught her fail-proof negotiation framework to hundreds of sales/marketing students at Florida International University. Through her tried and true methodology, she has secured millions in individual and corporate philanthropy for South Florida non-profit organizations. During 2020 during the global pandemic she was able to raise over $3M+ in less than six months. She is passionate about helping individuals leverage their strengths, demystify the negotiation process, and ensure they walk away with what they are worth.

Mary Gilos | Executive Assistant to the CEO

Mary Gilos is the Executive Assistant to the CEO at The Win Woman. She brings over 15 years of experience to the table with expertise in administrative duties, customer service and executive support. Mary’s skills in data management, scheduling system and project coordination make her an invaluable asset to The Win Woman as a whole. 

Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. After graduation, she started working as a Marketing Consultant in a  multinational IT company, then  landed a job as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of a Philippine banking company for 7 years undertaking a broad range of secretarial and administrative duties. She also became a part of a multinational services company as a customer service support for 4 years. Mary was able to share her knowledge and skills to an angel investment company and to a full- serviced real estate company in the Philippines for years. 

Reporting directly to Yanyn San Luis, the Founder +  CEO of  The Win Woman, Mary has worked with the team to develop improved management systems for calendar planning, developing SOPs , logging/ tracking activities and keeping an open channel of communication within and between the team members.

Savannah Brea

Savannah Brea | Non-Profit Project Manager

Savannah Brea is an operations and project management consultant with The Win Woman; she is a skilled problem solver with a passion for helping others, no matter the goal.

After seeing the impact of philanthropy in higher education while working as a student assistant, she went on to become the Alumni Relations Assistant and then Annual Giving Development Officer for FIU Business, her alma mater. 

During her time at FIU Business, she coordinated 100+ donor engagement opportunities and events and executed mass fundraising and marketing campaigns including holiday giving campaigns, Give Miami Day, Giving Tuesday and FIU’s 305 Give Day. Her efforts facilitated over $150K in philanthropic contributions by alumni, faculty, staff, and individuals for students.

In her free time, she can be found doing puzzles while listening to true crime podcasts, crocheting and watching cooking shows, or playing video games with her friends.

Luz Garcia, Marketing Manager

Luz Garcia is a marketing and project management consultant with The Win Woman. She is a digital marketing expert helping businesses in multiple industries grow their brand. She has helped execute marketing strategies for companies in non-profit, finance, aerospace, retail, and more. These strategies can range from planning and executing social media, website, SEO, email, video, and content marketing. Besides personally executing these strategies, she also is involved in copywriting, analytics and paid digital advertising.  Throughout her career, Luz has always been the go-to for any marketing goal while being very hands-on in the planning and execution.

Luz has her Master’s Degree in Marketing from Florida International University and is certified in digital marketing from Cornell University.

When Luz isn’t studying reading up on the latest marketing updates or working with her clients, she’s at home with her Chihuahua watching whatever show or movie the internet is currently raving about. With a huge interest in what’s trending, she’s always diving into popular subjects to learn how her clients can use certain trends to always stay relevant.

Dyphnah Nyanduko, Research Associate

After having a wonderful experience studying in a diverse school setup, she went on to Moi University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, which allowed her to be more in tune with the needs of people from
different social and cultural backgrounds.

Dyphnah is multi-skilled and obsessed with sharpening her skills to add value to the team. She enjoys working in a multicultural environment and brings forth five years of experience providing digital marketing and administrative support to businesses and individuals, three of which are 100% remote. She has good business acumen and maximizes tech tools and software out there to enhance business productivity.

Outside of work, Dyphnah enjoys spending time at the beach, with family/friends, reading books, and volunteering.
