Jennifer Quintana, Chief Development & Strategy Officer

As the Chief Development & Strategy Officer at The Win Woman, Jenny serves as a trusted partner to clients, crafting and implementing strategies for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and business development. She firmly believes that corporate social impact and business goals are not mutually exclusive and excels at driving measurable, data-driven results for both.

With over 20 years in revenue-generating roles, Jenny’s strength lies in relationship building. During her decade at FIU Business, she increased philanthropic revenue by 137% and achieved record-breaking fundraising numbers through successful partnerships with corporations and high-net-worth individuals. She secured over $35 million in revenue, collaborated with 100+ organizations to shape meaningful social impact strategies, and directed targeted marketing and communication campaigns for the College’s alumni base of 70K+, leading to the highest level of alumni participation in the College’s history.

Before FIU, Jenny played a pivotal role at the University of Miami, where she spearheaded alumni engagement and annual giving initiatives globally for their School of Business. Prior to that, she enhanced recruitment strategies at Northwestern Mutual, forging key partnerships that expanded and enhanced talent pipelines. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from FIU and has completed executive education programs at MIT (Neuroscience for Business) and FIU (Women’s Executive Leadership).

Passionate about new experiences, Jenny loves connecting with people, exploring new places, and discovering culinary delights. She stays active as the mom of a two-year-old boy and a seven-year-old Staffordshire Terrier mix, both of whom share her adventurous spirit. She warmly welcomes new connections and is always ready to explore the next adventure.
