Who is The Win Woman?

Wonder Woman is an incredible and inspirational symbol for me, and I often think about what she stands for and how she protects and serves. This has made me consider, what does a Win Woman represent? What qualities do they embody? What do they want to be and feel? Our clients are all Win Women, and our team is too. We all strive to embody the Avatar of a Win Woman and live up to our highest potential.

How do you work with nonprofits?

Our company provides a comprehensive outsourced development service. For non-profit organizations and foundations, we can supply the resources to enhance their research and prospect management, annual giving, major gifts and principal giving, communications, marketing and PR departments. We act as an external development firm, embedded within their organization to increase the visibility of their donors and those they are trying to reach.

How do you work with corporations?

Our firm also has a corporate sector. We have a great time working on this side of our business. We concentrate on social influence and corporate social responsibility or ESG. We come in and provide extra support to the current team managing ESG and CSR. We review existing initiatives to determine which are succeeding, which are not and how to improve them. We analyze employee resource groups associated with ESG and CSR to see if they require more engagement or if they are underperforming. We do a comprehensive analysis to discover insights. We specialize in working with companies that have recently undergone a merger, helping them to reorganize, reshape, and refocus their efforts. Additionally, we assist in measuring the Return on Investment (ROI) of the social impact that is being made. We track and evaluate the effect on the local area and ensure that all stakeholders can comprehend the organization’s contribution to the community.

What Industries Do You Work With?

We specialize in two distinct areas; the nonprofit sector and the corporate sector. In the nonprofit space, we work with organizations that center around education, youth, women and girls, immigrants, and migrant rights advocacy. Our aim is to enhance the quality of life for the members and those they serve. For the corporate side, the best fit for us are companies in the media, entertainment, financial services, and technology industries.

How Are you Different From Other Social Impact Firms?

One of the ways we stand out is by basing our decisions on data. This means that we will take the time to review your data closely to find out if it makes sense and how it can be used most effectively. It could be that you need to modify your processes or track different elements to guarantee the accuracy of what is being documented. Our team brings a wealth of knowledge when it comes to CRM optimization, ROI tracking, and other data-driven measures. This is definitely something that sets us apart, but diversity and celebrating our diversity is another one of our highlights. Our company is officially recognized as both a Women Business Enterprise and a Minority Business Enterprise. Additionally, our team is comprised of individuals from all different backgrounds and generations, and this is clearly visible in the quality of the work we produce. My own experience in corporate philanthropy has enabled me to combine the expertise of raising large amounts of money with the aim to connect with the people we serve.

Can The Win Woman Firm Solicit on Our Behalf?

Could we just take this fundraising initiative off your hands? Can you go ahead and solicit funds for us? The answer is yes, we are able to do that. However, before we do, we would need to go through a discovery process first. This is essential in order for us to be successful in our fundraising efforts and to make sure that the organization has the required support systems in place. We never solicit funds on behalf of an organization without first understanding their capacities, capabilities, and donor infrastructure. Our mini discovery session can provide us with the insight needed to make sure that the fundraising process is smooth and successful.
