Spanish-Language Media and Content Company
Challenge:
Based on a recent merger with a large Hispanic media company, the two organizations’ pillars were misaligned and needed a fresh start.
Solution:
Designed and implemented a six-month engagement setting up foundational structure, providing strategic and reorganization guidance, and coaching the executive team to ensure their workforce was in the right seat.
Results:
Developed a three-year strategic plan for their ESG and Foundation, providing clear-cut KPIs and metrics for the team to achieve.

We increased private equity support with the creation of ESG protocols
for a fire protection systems company
Challenge:
There was trouble scaling the business because they didn’t have basic ESG parameters to land seven plus figure deals with government and corporate clients.
Solution:
Establish ESG protocol for the organization. We focused on implementing sustainable practices, reducing carbon emissions, and adopting ethical business practices. They also reviewed their supply chain to ensure that their suppliers shared their ESG values.

There was a minority talent deficit in the recruitment pipeline, and the talent acquisition team wanted fresh, new ways to bridge the gap between technical careers and business leadership functions.
Solution:
We engaged the largest Hispanic-awarding institution of bachelor’s and master’s degrees and established a creative multi-year plan for recruitment of their undergraduate talent from the College of Business and Engineering.
Results:
The organization was able to stand out amongst its competitors and win the war for talent while filling 80% of the positions offered.

We created a unique multi-platform program designed to train more inclusive leaders and further goals of diversity, justice, and combating structural racism for the world’s largest producer of tobacco products.
Challenge:
Sought to embed a culture of inclusion that attracts, retains, and enables the success of diverse talent while committing to end racial inequities and unconscious biases that exist in our communities.
Solution:
Programmatically address challenges of inclusion and equity through financial support, academic coursework, and purpose-driven dialogue through university partnerships.
Results:
Rolled out a program that blended a “Real Talk Series” to engage, a diversity micro-credential to educate, and scholarships to support students, all while creating the diverse talent pipeline they desired. Eight new mid-level diverse hires in the first six months and coursework impacted nearly 10,000 students.
