Chris Cuan is the Director of Partnerships and Development at The Win Woman, an accomplished leader in the education sector, bringing over 15 years of experience in strategic partnership development and organizational growth. Chris is dedicated to forging and nurturing meaningful collaborations that drive sustainable change and amplify the firm’s mission. Chris’s career is marked by a consistent track record of building high-impact partnerships with a diverse array of stakeholders, including nonprofits, corporations, government agencies, and community organizations. Before joining The Win Woman, Chris served in 3 of the nation’s 10 largest school districts, leading significant change through strategic partnerships, racking up notable wins such as:

- Forging partnerships with Fortune 100 (PWC, IBM,)companies and positioning the Post-Secondary Program Department to secure nearly $2.5 million in student internships.
- With the School Board of Broward County, Chris spearheaded the $50 million strategic partnership with Kelly Education to become the official employer of all substitute teachers. This partnership was so effective, that it has been duplicated by Miami Dade County Public Schools and other major urban school districts are expected to mirror the move.
- In his most recent role, Chris served as a Cross-Functional Team Manager at the Houston Independent School District, where he led rapid organizational change in Small Business Training: Growth through Certification and Procurement College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) accountability. His strategic alignment of campus, district, and community partnerships, set the standard throughout the district. His innovative approach to leadership development and his knack for storytelling lead to a historical increase in CCMR accountability within HISD.
Chris holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas at Dallas and is a proud alum of Miami Dade College, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Supervision and Management. In his free time, Chris enjoys playing pickleball, exploring new cultures through travel, and participating in local arts and theater initiatives.
