Monica is passionate about empowering women in business. She served as a FemCity Collective Leader from May 2018 to June 2019, where she supported and connected women entrepreneurs in the Pembroke Pines area. She has also been an active board member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and served as Treasurer from July 2020 to January 2022. Additionally, Monica is an active member of the Female Founders Collective since 2023.
