Yanyn “Yany” San Luis is the CEO and founder of The Win Woman, a certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise and Minority-Owned Business Enterprise that helps billion-dollar companies win in corporate social responsibility and create sustainable nonprofit community ecosystems. She has achieved notable wins in her career, including:
- Creating a unique program designed to train the future business workforce and create more inclusive leaders by bringing together a $21B consumer goods company philanthropy and the largest university that awards degrees to minority students.
- Leading the efforts to reorganize a $13B media company foundation and align it with their ESG and social impact efforts.
Under Yanyn’s leadership and expert guidance, The Win Woman has achieved significant results. She has utilized her expertise in various areas, such as Design ESG Initiatives, Rapid Revenue Diversification & Maximization, Unique Supplier Diversity Solutions, Reorganizations & Restructuring, Board Activation & Management, and Fundraising + Executive Advising, to help train over 2500 business executives in sustainability and raise over $23M for nonprofit organizations.
Prior to founding The Win Woman, Yanyn’s proficiency in sales and fundraising helped numerous Fortune 500 companies, including EY, Microsoft, Univision, Dell, and Hyatt increase their bottom line by millions of dollars. Yanyn is also a professor at Florida International University, where she teaches her fail-proof negotiation framework to hundreds of sales and marketing undergraduate and graduate students.
Yanyn’s passion to lift other women up is evident in her long-standing board membership of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) (South Florida chapter), including serving as its President. She has also secured funding and assisted in the launch of the “Stop Sexual Trafficking” awareness campaign in South Florida and designed the first “Hispanic Women’s Conference” in partnership with Nordstroms and National Hispana Leadership Institute.
Yanyn holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Women’s Studies from Florida International University.
